Shopping online with Buyprinters is as safe, if not safer, than shopping in an actual
store. This site uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, the latest industry
standard encryption, to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your credit card.
In the same way department stores use EFTPOS terminals to process credit card transactions,
Buyprinters uses Eway Payment Gateway secure payments system to process credit card
payments.
Once Eway has processed a transaction against a credit card number, we do not store
the card number, even against your order. That's why when processing refunds; we
need to contact you by phone in order to obtain your card details again. |

Whether just window-shopping or looking for something in particular, we have made
browsing, searching and selecting items hassle free for our customers.
Once you've found something you think you might want to purchase, just click ‘Customise
& Buy'. Your shopping cart will stay with you while browsing our store, displaying
the total number of items while you shop.
We devised 5 quick steps to make purchasing online with buyprinters easy.
1. Customise – is where you can add extra items that compliment your order or where
you can choose a suitable cable for your printer, depending on your connection /
network requirements. When you're ready to purchase, just proceed to step 2.
2. My Cart - can be adjusted anytime while you shop, just click on the View Shopping
Cart link at the top of the page. When you supply an email address, a receipt will
be sent to your inbox.
3. Delivery – advises us where you would like your invoice and/or order to be delivered.
Here you can also subscribe to our eNewsletter letter.
4. Payment - ensure that you have your credit card handy to enter your card number
and expiry date, which are required to process your payment. Check your order and
delivery instructions and proceed with payment. Here you can choose to pay via credit
card, cheque or Direct Deposit.
5. Completion - once your card has been approved, a receipt page complete with an
order number is presented as confirmation of your purchase. These details will also
be sent by email, if an address has been supplied. |

Returns Policy |

Return of Goods Purchased Online
Buyprinters replaces any goods that arrive at their destination faulty or damaged.
Under these circumstances, buyprinters will refund return delivery costs for those
goods returned. See below for instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate
manner.
Buyprinters will replace any undamaged item within 30 days of purchase as long as
the product is returned in its original condition including its packaging. Delivery
and handling charges on returns are not refundable for incorrect choice, and are
to be returned to our head office at the customer's cost and risk.
In order to process your return of goods, please be sure to include the following
information:
o Copy of the packing slip and receipt, including the order number.
o The reason for the return
o Your day time phone number

A staff member will be required to contact you to arrange a refund if we cannot
replace or exchange the goods returned. We can process a refund by re-imbursing
your credit card, or by posting a cheque.
